WeBuild, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use AllTeam.AI services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing information when you create an account
• Business Information: Information about your business, services, hours of operation, and preferences for call handling
• Communications: Messages and correspondence you send to us
• Mobile/SMS Information: Phone number, mobile carrier, opt-in consent data, and message content when you opt in to receive text messages from us or our clients' AI agents

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Call Data: Phone numbers, call duration, timestamps, and call transcriptions
• Usage Data: How you interact with our Services, features used, and performance data
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
• Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and analyze usage

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• Payment Processor: Stripe provides us with transaction confirmations (we do not store full credit card numbers)
• Calendar Services: If you connect your calendar, we receive availability information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure our Services; process transactions and billing
• Review, analyze, and use conversations, messages, tool calls, and usage to operate, troubleshoot, and improve the Services — including refining our AI prompts, agents, and systems
• Create and use de-identified or aggregated data (which we do not re-identify) to develop and improve our Services and models
• Send service communications, respond to requests, and provide support; detect and prevent fraud; comply with law

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information with service providers who help us operate the Services; as required by law; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; and with your consent. We do not sell your personal information, and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Sub-processor categories: AI and large-language-model providers; speech-to-text and text-to-speech; telephony and messaging carriers; cloud hosting and infrastructure; payment processing. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

AllTeam.AI provides AI-powered communication services that may include SMS and text messaging on behalf of our clients' businesses. This section specifically addresses the collection, use, and protection of information related to text messaging services.

Your mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with the service providers who help us deliver the messaging service (e.g., telephony/messaging carriers and platform providers), who are contractually restricted to using it only to deliver those messages on our behalf. Service providers acting on our behalf under these restrictions are not "third parties" for purposes of this section. Opt in by providing your number and consent; opt out any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. After account cancellation, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Account deletion: When you delete your account, we suspend access immediately and begin removing your data. Deleted account data may be recoverable for up to 30 days after deletion, after which it is permanently removed from our active systems. Backups containing this data may persist for a limited additional period until they cycle out and are never restored into active use. We may keep a minimal, de-identified record of the deletion and limited information needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or as required by law.

Account cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, your account becomes inactive but your data is retained so you can reactivate it. Cancelled account data may be recoverable for up to 6 months after cancellation, after which it may be permanently removed.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Secure cloud infrastructure
• Access controls and authentication
• Regular security assessments

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal information
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
• Portability: Request a portable copy of your data
• Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information. We do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Also: (a) where we process information as a service provider on behalf of a business (e.g., your customers' data on your account), direct requests to that business; (b) we treat call recordings and voice as potentially sensitive personal information and honor requests to limit its use; (c) we do not re-identify de-identified data; (d) categories and retention are in Sections 1 and 5. Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut residents have analogous rights.

9. International & Internal Access

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries. Our personnel, contractors, and systems that support the Services may be located in the United States, Europe, and Asia, and may access and process your information for internal purposes such as operating, supporting, securing, and improving the Services. We do not currently offer the Services to customers in the European Union; if that changes, we will implement the additional protections applicable law requires first.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. Data Breach Notification

We maintain safeguards to protect your information. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you — and, where you are a business account holder whose customers' information is affected, the affected account — as required by applicable law and in time for you to meet your own notification obligations.

13. Changes to This Policy

Non-material changes are effective when posted. For material changes we will provide notice (email and/or in-app) and, where we notify you affirmative acceptance is required, continued use alone will not constitute acceptance. Each version carries a version number and effective date.
